INCO’s Q1 Profit Reached 19,811 Metric Tonnes

Indonesia’s nickel producer, PT International Nickel Indonesia Tbk’s (Inco) (INCO.JK) Q1 profit surged up to 19,811 metric tonnes in matte production, deliveries, and average realized price as compared to 16,220 metric tonnes in Q1 of 2009.

The press release is quoted as saying:

Nickel in matte production rose to 19,811 metric tonnes in the first quarter, from 16,220 metric tonnes a year ago, while deliveries rose to 18,021 metric tonnes from 14,610 metric tonnes. The average realized price per metric tonne jumped to $14,182 from $8,309.
