Sama Resources Inc. (CVE:SME) announced that, further to its press release of August 25, 2010, it will sell an additional 2,500,000 units at a price of CAN$0.40 per Unit, for total gross proceeds of CAN$1,000,000.
The press release is quoted as saying:
The net proceeds of the Offering will be primarily used for the exploration and development of the Samapleu nickel/copper project in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa, and for working capital purposes.
