BHP Billiton has offloaded Yabulu Nickel Refinery

BHP Billiton has appeared closer to selling its mothballed Ravensthorpe nickel mine in Western Australia after iron ore billionaire Clive Palmer bought its Yabulu nickel refinery in Queensland and declared an interest in the troubled project.
