BHP Billiton will loose $1 bln on Sale Of Ravensthorpe Nickel Mining Operation

BHP Billiton, the world's leading miner, has reportedly hired Bank of America-Merrill Lynch to auction its Ravensthorpe nickel operation for up to $1bn. The company mothballed the site in January following a $2.1bn investment.
