Stone Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:SRH.H), reported the approval of an increase in the authorized capital of the Company to US$12,000,000 by the creation of an additional 1,100,000,000 common shares with a par value of US$0.01 each, approved by shareholders of the Company at the Special General Meeting held on January 21, 2010.
