Malagasy Merges with Madagascar Resources

Malagasy Minerals Limited (ASX:MGY), ASX-listed exploration junior, has agreed to merge with unlisted Madagascar Resources (MRNL). Norilsk Suspends Dudinka Shipments

Russian miner  Norilsk Nickel (GMKN.MM) (NKELyq.L), stated that it has suspended its Arctic port of Dudinka shipments due to the annual flooding of the port.
