Japan’s Sumitomo Nickel Plant has commenced full-scale operations

Japan’s Sumitomo Metal Mining Co. Ltd. has completed the $500-million upgrade of its nickel processing plant in Palawan, finally commenced full commercial operation. Antonio K.
